Return & Exchange Policy

At BrightBask, your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and exchange policy to ensure you have a hassle-free shopping experience.

Returns

Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be in their original condition, unused, unaltered, and with all original packaging and tags attached.
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" cannot be returned.

How to Initiate a Return:
1. Contact Customer Service: Email us at BrightBask08@gmail.com to initiate a return. Provide your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
2. Receive Return Authorization: Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions.
3. Package Your Return: Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
4. Ship Your Return: Send the package using a trackable shipping method to the address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Restocking Fee:
- For returns without a valid reason (e.g., change of mind), a 30% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error.
- A 30% restocking fee will be applied for returns without a valid reason.

Exchanges

- Items must be exchanged within 30 days of the delivery date.

- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" cannot be exchanged.

2. Receive Exchange Authorization: Our customer service team will provide you with an Exchange Merchandise Authorization (EMA) number and detailed exchange instructions.
3. Package Your Exchange: Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Clearly mark the EMA number on the outside of the package.
4. Ship Your Exchange: Send the package using a trackable shipping method to the address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the exchange is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Processing Exchanges:
- Once we receive and inspect your return item(s), we will process your exchange and ship the replacement item(s) within 5-7 business days.
- If there is a price difference between the exchanged items, we will either charge or refund the difference to the original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and, if possible, photos of the damage or defect. We will work quickly to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a replacement or refund.
